Digital Products
Models purchased from the FlexCut3D Store are digital files delivered instantly — you can download them and open them in the app immediately after purchase. Because of this instant delivery, all sales are generally final once a Model has been downloaded or opened.
When We Do Refund
We want you to be happy with every purchase. We will refund a Model purchase if:
- The file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its product page description, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time
- You were charged twice for the same Model
- You bought the same Model twice by accident on the same account
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Where you have a statutory right to a refund under local consumer law (for example in the EU), nothing in this policy limits that right.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@flexcut3d.com from the email address used at checkout, with the Model name and your order receipt (sent to you by Paddle). Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
When a purchase is refunded, its license is revoked: the Model disappears from your account and can no longer be downloaded or opened in the viewer. Keeping or using copies of a refunded Model is a violation of our License Terms.
PTS Credits
PTS credit purchases can be refunded within 14 days only if the credits are completely unused. Credits already spent on AI features are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
